ZBA: Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 1, 2011, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7. Under consideration is an application by Dawn and Charles Westcott, who are seeking a special use permit to construct a non commercial wind turbine on the lot 96 Ballymount Road Millerton, NY 12546.
